First of all, a demo will be given to you on the types of Odoo apps and its many functions that help to grow your business. You will get the chance to see for yourself how user-friendly the Odoo user interface is. The meeting also allows us to better understand any business challenges that you are currently facing.

Success Pack Purchase

Once the demo is done, we will walk you through the Odoo pricing. Odoo believes in transparency, so all our pricing information will be available at Odoo website. At this stage, you will be advised to subscribe for the first success pack to kick start the need analysis.

Business Need Study

Once the success pack has been paid successfully, Onnet team will commence the business need study. Our Odoo consultants will be assigned to lead the effort. Discussion(s) will be scheduled with your team to gain a detailed understanding of your current and to-be business processes.

System Need Analysis

Project Execution Plan

The project execution plan consists of the initial project timeline and implementation plan. It is our utmost priority to ensure our clients' demands are met, thus the project plan will only be executed when both parties have agreed on the terms and conditions.

LIVE System Setup

A LIVE system setup will be done by Onnet after the project execution plan has been confirmed. The initial setup will cover all the Odoo standard apps and basic settings.

User Training

Phases and Stages

The project implementation will be organized into phases and stages depending on the project size and complexity. A typical project normally requires only one phase.

Each phase is designed to deliver a specific objective that is predefined during the consultation.

To prevent a runway implementation scenario, each phase is further divided into no more than four (4) stages.

Stage Plan

Each stage will have a consistent process flow as the following:

A clearly defined set of functions as proposed by Onnet team to be added into the ERP system once agreed upon by you.

Configuration, customization and/or development of the functions needed will be done when function designing starts.

Once ready, you will be able to perform a UAT testing to validate if said functions meet the expectations.

Bug fixes and User Feedbacks

Onnet team will fix any issues or bugs reported.

The accepted functions will be released to be the LIVE system, making it available for use upon your sign-off.

In case second phase is needed, it will follow the same stage plan until the entire project implementation is completed.
